Mussels is a delicious and inexpensive seafood variety, which
needs very little cooking, and a variety of flavorings such as; shallot, coconut, ginger, lemon grass. Mussels can either be smoked, boiled, steamed or fried in batter; as soon as the shells start gaping open, cooking is done. A variety of dishes can be made with mussels such as; Moules Mariniere, Mussels Provencale, etc. Mussels are best served with fries and alcohol (mostly beer).
