Orange Mousse

Orange Mousse is a dessert item preparation that belongs to the American cuisine. It is prepared using eggs, caster sugar, orange juice and corn flour. The ingredients of Orange Mousse are whisked together and then cooked on a very low flame and the mixture is then folded along with a meringue into small glasses. Orange mousse is chilled prior to serving. It is garnished with zest of oranges.
