Puri Masala

Puri masala is undoubtedly quite delicious and can be enjoyed as a snack or even as a meal. Puri masala recipes are easy to make and a number of ingredients can be added to it to make it more interesting and tasty. Depending on personal tastes and preferences, puri masala can be prepared with less ormore chilies. Puri masala recipe is a favorite Indian dish and is easily prepared at homes. To make puri masala, the ingredients required include tomatoes, green chilies, ginger, garlic, thymol seeds, mint leaves, flour, gram flour, semolina, spinach and oil. Wheat flour, gram flour, semolina and flour need to be mixed well with oil. The tomatoes need to be peeled and blended in a mixer with all the remaining ingredients. This mixture has to be added to the flour and mixed well. The dough has to be kept aside for half an hour and then small balls need to be made and rolled out in a circle. These little circles or puris can either be baked or deep-fried in oil. Puri masala can be relished with yoghurt, chutney or even vegetables.
