Puri masala is undoubtedly quite delicious and can be enjoyed as a snack or even as a meal. To make puri masala, the ingredients required include tomatoes, green chilies, ginger, garlic, thymol seeds, mint leaves, flour, gram flour, semolina, spinach and oil. Wheat flour, gram flour, semolina and flour need to be mixed well with oil. The tomatoes need to be peeled and blended in a mixer with all the remaining ingredients. This mixture has to be added to the flour and mixed well. The dough has to be kept aside for half an hour and then small balls need to be made and rolled out in a circle. These little circles or puris can either be baked or deep-fried in oil. Puri masala can be relished with yoghurt, chutney or even vegetables.
