Chapati Flour

Chapati flour is neither nothing more or nothing less than ground wheat. All that needs to be done is to ground wheat and Chapati flour is ready. It is extensively used to make chapattis, which are made by first making dough from the flour. Chapati flour can be found in almost all Indian homes. It can be stored at room temperature and does not get damaged. However, the final preparation needs to be done just prior to serving. Chapati flour is usually purchased from the market though some people prefer to grind wheat at home.
