Pancake Stalls in Burma

Savoury rice pancakes called "mohnt yay bah" - a traditional all-time favourite snack of Burma (Myanmar).

The first time my niece went to Burma, she was tiny and what with the heat and the upheaval, she completely lost her appetite. But the smell of these delicate crepes tempted her and in the end it was the only thing she would eat!
