Phil Hickey currently serves as chairman of the board of O'Charley's, Inc., a multi-concept public restaurant company based in Nashville, Tennessee. Previously Hickey served as chairman and chief executive of RARE Hospitality International until October 2007, at which time RARE was acquired by Darden Restaurants, Inc. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the National Restaurant Association and the Board of Directors of the Hospitality Business School at Michigan State.
