Vietnamese cuisine originates from the Eastern country of Vietnam. Vietnamese cuisine is mostly made up of various sauces like fish sauce, but rice, vegetables and several herbs are also used to make the food items of this cuisine more sumptuous. Though seafood form a major part component of the Vietnamese cuisine, chicken, pork and fish are also generously used. Vietnamese cuisine is normally divided into three categories - North Vietnamese cuisine, South Vietnamese cuisine and Central Vietnamese cuisine. Soya sauce and garlic are also widely used to prepare Vietnamese dishes. Some of the most famous Vietnamese recipes are Vietnamese Fish soup and Vietnamese Waffle.
