Bolani

Bolani is a type Afgani vegan flat-bread that is either baked or fried along with some fresh vegetable stuffing. This bread usually has a very thin crust. It can be stuffed with a wide range of vegetables such as pumpkin, potatoes, lentils, leeks and spinach. Also known as dahri is local language, this dish is mainly from the traditional kitchen of Afghanistan and surrounding areas.
