Frozen Muskmelon Yoghurt

Fruit yogurt is much more healthier than your regular desserts to satisfy your sweet cravings. It is also unique and becomes an instant hit among your guests.

Ingredients

Hung curd 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Fresh cream 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Castor sugar 7 Teaspoon
Muskmelon 2 Cup (32 tbs) (balls)
Vanilla essence 7 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING:

1. Combine the curds, fresh cream, castor sugar and vanilla essence in a deep bowl and whisk well till smooth.

2. Add the muskmelon balls and mix well using a spatula.

3. Pour the mixture into an air-tight plastic container and freeze for 8 hours, while mixing once in between.

SERVING:

4. Remove 2 hours prior to serving and keep in the refrigerator, mix well to break all ice crystals and serve. Enjoy.
