Brainy Breakfast is filled with all the delicious foods our brains need to start the day off right! This concoction of yogurt, honey, nuts and berries is so delicious that you'll even want to eat it for dessert!

Ingredients

Greek yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Honey 1 Tablespoon
Cored apple 1 Small , chop
Mixed berries 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Chopped walnuts 2 Tablespoon
Flax seeds 2 Tablespoon
Ground cinnamon 1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

Making

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir.

Serving

Serve as breakfast or dessert.
