Ice cream and frozen yogurt is eaten through out the year these days. When I was a child, my parents did not allow me to have cool treat in winter. But these days, it is different.
For chocolate frozen yogurt | ||
Thick yogurt | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Condensed milk | 2 Tablespoon | |
Melted chocolate | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Vanilla extract | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
For fruit frozen yogurt | ||
Thick yogurt | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Mango puree | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (any fruit puree) | |
Condensed milk | 2 Tablespoon | |
Orange | 1/4 , juice |
Chocolate Frozen Yogurt
MAKING
1. In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, condensed milk and vanilla extract.
2. Melt chocolate in microwave, stir until smooth, add to the yogury and whisk again.
3. Transfer to a freezer proof box and freeze for few hours.
SERVING
4. Use piping bags or scops to serve.
For Fruit Frozen Yogurt
MAKING
1. Blend together, mago and orange juice. Add yogurt and condensed milk, blend again. Put the lid on and freeze for few hours.
