Ingredients

Yam 2 Pound , cut into 2 inch pieces
Non fat greek yogurt 6 Ounce
Pure maple syrup 2 Tablespoon
Brown sugar/Raw sugar 3 Tablespoon
Unsalted butter 1 Tablespoon , melted
Ground cinnamon/Pumpkin pie spice 1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING

In a pan, place the yams and fill with water, about 2 inches above the yams. Cook for 10 minutes or until fork tender.

In a high speed blender, add the Greek yogurt and pure maple syrup. Pulse to combine, don’t over mix.

Reserve the 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture and add in all the remaining ingredients. Process until your desired consistency is obtained.

SERVING

Take out the yam in a serving bowl and top with reserved yogurt mixture. Serve and enjoy.
