Whole wheat tortilla wrap | 1 , warmed | |
Hummus spread | 2 Tablespoon | |
Grated carrot | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Avocado slices | 4 |
MAKING
1. Place a warm tortilla wrap over the chopping board and spread the hummus evenly. Top with carrots and avocado. Roll the wrap and cut in half.
SERVING
2. Pack this wrap for your kids along with some fruits.
