Ingredients

a large whole wheat wrap
1 can of tuna fish
low fat mayo
chopped salad veggies
salsa sauce
shredded cheese (optional)

Directions

Making

Open the can of tuna fish, drain off the water, and empty it into a bowl.

Mix in a couple tablespoonfuls of low fat mayo

Spread the tuna on the center of the whole wheat wrap.

Add some salad veggies over the top of the tuna.

Pour some salsa sauce over the top of the tuna and veggies.

You can add some shredded cheese on top if you like.
