Minced chicken 6 Ounce
Minced garlic 1 Teaspoon

Green bell pepper 1 Small (cut into small pieces)

Pine nuts 2 Tablespoon
Oil 2 Tablespoon
For the sauce
Dark soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
Light soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
Shaoxing wine 1 Tablespoon
Oil 1 Tablespoon
Salt 1 Pinch
Pepper 1 Pinch
Sugar 1 Pinch

Directions

Making

To make the sauce, in a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of shaoxing wine, 1 tablespoon of oil, a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper, and a pinch of sugar.

Heat up a pan, add 2 tablespoons of oil, 6 ounces of minced chicken, and cook until medium well.

Then add 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of minced ginger, and cook until the aroma comes out.

Add 1 small chopped green bell pepper, 1 small chopped red bell pepper, the sauce, and the pine nuts.
