Chicken Lettuce Wraps From The Home Canned Pantry

Canned chicken breast 1 Pound , chopped into chunks
Celery stalks 4 , chopped
Red bell pepper 1 Small , chopped
Carrots 1 , chopped
Butter lettuce leaf 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Fat free greek yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Red curry paste 1 Tablespoon
Lemon grass paste 1/2 Teaspoon
Red chilli flakes 2 Dash
Garlic powder To Taste
Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Salt To Taste
Buttermilk 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (as much as needed)
Chopped cilantro 1 Tablespoon
Lime juice 1 Tablespoon



In a large bowl, shred chicken pieces.

In another bowl, combine yogurt, curry paste, chilli flakes, lemon grass paste, garlic powder, black pepper and mix well.

Combine chicken pieces with the mixture and season with salt if needed. Add lime juice and mix well. Adjust consistency using buttermilk.

Place the mixture on lettuce leaves. Garnish with cilantro.
