Pork Lettuce Wraps

Lettuce wraps are a healthy and quick dinner idea! Thai-spiced pork with turmeric, garlic, lime juice and vegetables stuffed into lettuce or cabbage leaves. Use pork or ground turkey in this low-carb meal.


Oil 1 Teaspoon
Lean ground pork/Lean ground turkey 1 Pound
Diced red onion 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Minced garlic 2 Tablespoon
Jalapeno 1 , seeded and diced
Turmeric 1 Teaspoon
Fish sauce/1 tablespoon oyster sauce 1 Teaspoon
Coconut amino acids/2 teaspoons soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
Celery stalk 1 , julienned
Frozen peas 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Carrot 1 Small , diced
Lettuce leaves 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Lime wedges 2



1.Heat oil in a skillet and sauté pork, onion, garlic and jalapenos.

2.Stir constantly until pork is cooked.

3.Add turmeric, oyster sauce, aminos and stir to combine.

4.Add peas, carrots, celery and cook for 2-3 minutes.


5.Serve in lettuce cups and enjoy!
