Instant Pot Tempah Potato Wraps

Here's another Jillicious recipe for all my Instant Pot Peeps. You could make it for a brunch or make it for dinner. Works both ways.


Yellow onion 1 Small , chopped
Green bell pepper 1 Small , chopped
Tempeh 13 Ounce , cubed (Organic 1 package)
Potatoes 2 Large , peeled, cut bite sized
Petite diced tomatoes in juice 14 Ounce (With Liquid)
Tamari 2 Tablespoon
Hickory liquid smoke 1 Teaspoon
Apple cider vinegar 2 Tablespoon
Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon (Organic)
Ground black pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste



Chop the yellow onion and bell pepper. Cube the tempeh. Sauté all in a instant pot.

Add the tamari, liquid smoke, vinegar, brown sugar, potatoes and petite tomatoes.

Season with salt and pepper.

Set the instant pot on high and cook for 2 hours.

Once done mix it thoroughly


Serve it hot on some corn/wheat tortillas
