Betty's Bacon Pineapple Wraps

Betty demonstrates how to make Bacon Pineapple Wraps. This is a delightful appetizer that has pineapple chunks wrapped in bacon and then broiled or grilled.


Fresh pineapple chunks 12 (1
Thin bacon slice 4



1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F.

2. Line a tray with paper towel and set aside.



3. Cut each strip of bacon into thirds and wrap pineapple chunk with it. Secure them with toothpick.

4. Place on a broiling pan in a 350 degree F oven and set oven to BAKE. Bake until bacon is brown, or as crisp as you desire, turning once with tongs at the middle of baking.

5. Remove from oven and place on lined tray to drain for a couple of minutes.



6. Serve warm and enjoy!
