Here is the 8th video in the Smoky Ribs - Frog Bone Super Bowl party food series! In this video, I take over and give Keith Jenkins a break, and I show you how to make 4 different versions of chicken wing drumetts for your Super Bowl party! Enjoy, and below you will find the recipe for the Creole butter I used on the first drumettes in this video.

Chicken wings 2 Pound
Breading 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For deep frying)
Barbecue sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Frog Bone Barbecue Sauce used)
Butter milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Barbecue rub 1 Tablespoon (sweet mesquite rub used)
For creole butter
Kosher salt 2 Tablespoon
Garlic powder 2 Teaspoon
White pepper 2 Teaspoon
Cayenne pepper 2 Teaspoon
Onion powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Melted butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Cajun pepper sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Frog Bone Cajun Pepper Sauce used)

1. In a pan, combine all the ingredients for the creole butter and cook on medium heat just until all the flavors combine.

2. Inject the prepared creole butter mixture in each chicken wing.

3. Prepare the deep fryer.

4. Divide the chicken wings into four equal parts to prepare four different variations of wings.

5. For Variation 1: Roll the chicken wings in the breading, dip in a bowl full of water and then again roll in the breading to coat evenly.

6. Fry these prepared chicken wings until golden brown and drain on paper towels.

7. For Variation 2: Deep fry the chicken wings without any coating and then dip them in Frog Bone Barbecue Sauce.

8. Arrange on a serving platter.

9. For Variation 3: Deep fry the chicken wings and then dip them in Frog Bone Cajun Pepper Sauce.

10. Arrange on a serving platter.

11. For Variation 4: Soak the chicken wings in buttermilk for 3 to 4 hours.

12. Add the sweet mesquite barbecue rub to the breading. Coat the buttermilk soaked chicken wings in this breading mixture to coat evenly.

13. Deep fry until golden brown, drain on paper towels.

6. Serve hot accompanied with a dip of your choice.
