This is a recipe that I've been wanting to try from Rob, at www.smokingpit.com. His youtube handle is ThinBlueSmoke. Man these wings should be named "Firecracker wings"! They were hot, and oh so good! The baked beans with the sweetness pineapple really went well with these wings! Thanks so much for sharing Rob!

Chicken wing | 2 Pound | |
For the barbecue mist | ||
Water | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Cider vinegar | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |

Tiger sauce | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) |
GETTING READY
1. Prepare the grill.
2. In a spray bottle combine the water and cider vinegar to use as a barbecue mist and set aside.
3. In a bowl, combine olive oil with garlic and cayenne pepper.
4. In another bowl, place the chicken wings, pour the prepared mixture on them and rub gently to coat.
5. Generously sprinkle the chicken wings with mad hunky hot wings rub. The more rub you add, the spicier your wings will be.
MAKING
6. Place the wings on the prepared grill and cook on indirect flame for the first 1.5 hours. Keep spraying the prepared mist to keep the wings moist.
7. Baste the wings with tiger sauce and then cook until done.
SERVING
8. Serve as a main dish accompanied with a salad or as an appetizer.
