Hot Wings are delicious, but how about some tasty spicy hot wings. I can how you how to add a little spice to your hot wings.
|Butter||1/4 Pound (note I wrong with the 1/2 butter in the audio)|
|Hot sauce||1 Bottle (1 l) (Franks's Red)|
|Serrano peppers||3 , slice|
|Minced garlic||1 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For deep frying)|
Combine the ingredients for the sauce, butter, Frank's Hot Wing sauce, serrano peppers, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce in a small pot over the stove on low heat.
Fry wings for about 7 to 9 minutes in a deep fryer, or until when juices from the wings are clear when pierced. Place on a wire rack to drain.
Toss the wings in the hot wing sauce when you are ready to serve.
