Butter | 1/4 Pound (note I wrong with the 1/2 butter in the audio) | |
Hot sauce | 1 Bottle (1 l) (Franks's Red) | |
Serrano peppers | 3 , slice | |
Minced garlic | 1 Tablespoon | |
Worcestershire sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
Wings | 2 Pound | |
Oil | 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For deep frying) |
Making
Combine the ingredients for the sauce, butter, Frank's Hot Wing sauce, serrano peppers, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce in a small pot over the stove on low heat.
Fry wings for about 7 to 9 minutes in a deep fryer, or until when juices from the wings are clear when pierced. Place on a wire rack to drain.
Serving
Toss the wings in the hot wing sauce when you are ready to serve.
