Steaks In Red Wine Marinade

Ingredients

T bone steaks 6
Red wine 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Oil 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Water 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm) , crushed
Ground ginger 1/2 Teaspoon
Dried oregano leaves 1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

Place steaks in single layer in dish.

Combine red wine with remaining ingredients, mix well, pour over steaks, cover, marinate 2 hours or refrigerated overnight, turn steaks occasionally.

Barbecue until cooked as desired.
