Buckwheat Pancakes

Ingredients

Buckwheat flour 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Baking powder 2 1/2 Teaspoon
Sea salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Safflower oil 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Water 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Blueberry 1 Pound
Honey 2 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING

1) Into a large bowl mix together the flour, baking powder and sea salt

2) Into another bowl mix the water, Blueberry and honey

3) Add the liquid ingredients into the flour mixture and stir

4) Pour the batter onto a hot greased griddle

5) Fry till the bottom side is evenly browned and then flip to fry other side

6) Repeat till the batter is used

SERVING

6) Serve the pancakes with maple syrup or honey
