Love S'Mores? Oh ya now you can have them for breakfast without the campfire!

Wet ingredients
Buttermilk 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Eggs 2 , separated
Light oil 4 Tablespoon
Pure vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Dry ingredients
Self rising flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
Graham cracker crumbs 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Mini marshmallows 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Mini chocolate chips 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)

1. In a bowl combine buttermilk, egg yolks, oil, and vanilla. Whisk well.

2. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, cinnamon, graham cracker crumb, and sugar. Mix and then add marshmallow and chocolate chips.

3. Make a well in the middle and pour the wet mixture. Mix until well incorporated. Do not over mix.

4. Beat egg whites in a bowl until nice and stiff.

5. Fold egg white into the batter, 1/3 at a time.

6. Preheat waffle iron following manual.

7. Pour batter into the hot iron and cook until done. Transfer to a plate and keep warm in a 200 degree F oven while you make the rest.

8. Place a dollop of whipped cream on waffle, drizzle chocolate syrup on top and enjoy!

Instead of buttermilk you can use 1 cup of regular milk by just adding 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Let the mixture sit for 20 minutes before using.
