The ultimate breakfast that one can dream of - chocolate flavored waffles. This is an twist to the classic recipe would make that dream a reality, indulge.... but only occasionally.

Sugar free chocolate chips | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Molasses sugar | 2 Tablespoon (Leveled) | |
Baking powder | 2 Teaspoon (Leveled) | |
Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Cinnamon powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Skim milk | 1 2/3 Cup (26.67 tbs) | |
Unsalted butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
Olive oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
Egg whites | 2 | |
Toasted sesame seeds | 1 Teaspoon (Optional) |
GETTING READY
1. Preheat the waffle maker.
2. Beat the eggs in a bowl till frothy.
MAKING
1. In a large bowl combine all-purpose flour,whole wheat flour, almond flour, the melted chocolate chips, molasses sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon powder.
2. Then add in the skimmed milk, melted butter and beaten eggs to the mixture. Mix well until moistened. Check for lumps.
3. Set the preheated Waffle maker time to 3 minutes and 45 seconds and evenly spread 1 cup of the prepared batter on the top side of the Waffle maker. Close top; start timer and rotate. Fill second side of the maker; rotate again.
4. When signal sounds, check if done and carefully remove first waffle and then the second. Repeat with remaining batter.
SERVING
5. Serve as such or optionally drizzle maple syrup/honey over the waffles, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve along with fresh fruits if desired.
