Savory Quinoa Waffles-Naturally Gluten Free

Organic egg 5 Large
Quinoa flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Garlic powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Freshly grated nutmeg 1/4 Teaspoon
Cayenne pepper 1/4 Teaspoon
Cumin seeds 1/4 Teaspoon
Caraway seeds 1/4 Teaspoon
Sausage 1/2 Pound , chopped
Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
Himalayan pink salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Plain yogurt 2 Tablespoon
Avocado oil 2 Tablespoon
For serving:
Feta cheese 2 Tablespoon (optional)
Tomato slices 4 (optional)
Sausage 1 (optional)
Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon (optional)
Bacon 1 (optional)



Preheat waffle maker according to directions.


In a bowl, combine eggs, quinoa flour, garlic powder, nutmeg, cayenne pepper, cumin seeds, caraway seeds, baking powder, pink salt, sausage and mix well.

Add yogurt and mix well.

Grease waffle maker with avocado oil and scoop the mixture. Close the lid and cook for 4-5 minutes.

Garnish with feta cheese, parsley, sausage, bacon and tomato slices.
