Chocolate Chip Waffles

Chocolate chip waffles to celebrate! Good for breakfast or dessert, chocolate chip waffles are better than chocolate chip pancakes, boy-eeee!!! Plus, Waffle Rap!

Ingredients

All purpose flour 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Brown sugar/White sugar 3 Tablespoon
Cocoa powder 2 Tablespoon
Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Melted butter 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Banana 1 , mashed ((about 1/2 cup))
Egg 1 , beaten
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Berries 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Semi sweet chocolate chips
Chopped walnuts 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Whipped cream 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Ice cream 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)

Directions

GETTING READY:

Preheat waffle iron.

MAKING:

In a large bowl, combine flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder, salt and whisk well until there are no lumps.

In another bowl, combine banana, egg, milk, vanilla, butter and mix well.

Add the ingredients in both the bowl and gently stir in chocolate chips in it.

Pour into hot waffle iron and sprinkle 1 tablespoon of chopped nuts.

Bake as per package instructions for 3-4 minutes.

SERVING:

Serve with berries, whipped cream, ice cream and enjoy!
