Butter | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Honey | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Sifted flour | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
Baking soda | 1 Teaspoon | |
Cinnamon | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Cloves | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Allspice | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Crushed bran flakes | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) |
MAKING
1) In a bowl, mix together butter and honey.
2) In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves and allspice. Fold in bran flakes.
3) Mix it with honey mixture. Chill until it easily rolls.
4) Roll it into 1/8 thick layer and cookie cutter.
5) Take a greased baking sheet and bake it for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
SERVING
6) Serve honey wafers as an after school snack or teatime snack.
