Oven Roasted Vegetables with Bacon ( Easy & Delicious Side Dish)

I love the taste of roasted vegetables, especially when they have that light smoky flavor from being cooked with BACON! This oven roasted vegetable recipe couldn't be any easier. It's one of my favorite side dishes to serve with roasted chicken.

Ingredients

Baby carrots 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Fresh broccoli 1 , chop
Sweet potato 1 Large , dice
Russet potato 1 Large , chop
Green bell pepper 1 , chop
Red bell pepper 1 , chop
Red onion 1/2 , chop
Garlic clove 6 , mince
Olive oil 2 Tablespoon (1
Bacon strips 10 , cooked and crumbled (5
Salt and pepper To Taste
Butter 2 Tablespoon , thinly sliced
