Red Pepper Grilled Vegetables - Easy Real Whole Food Fast - CFJC Midday

For each one cup of mixed sliced veggies - toss with 1 Tbsp MWL Red Pepper Spice Blend and a drizzle of olive oil (optional) Grill.

Cut softer juicier veggies in larger pieces Cut hard veggies in thin smaller slices.
We used sweet rainbow peppers, zucchini, sweet onion, carrots, parsnips and baby eggplant.
