Pasta with Sausage and Mixed Vegetables

Egg noodles 15 Ounce (1 Package)
Sliced fresh mushrooms 1/2 Pound
Broccoli florets 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Chopped zucchini 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Onion 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Green pepper 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Dried whole oregano 1 Teaspoon
Garlic powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Butter 3 Tablespoon
Smoked sausage 1 Pound , cut into 1/2 inch slices
Cherry tomatoes 6 , halved
Grated parmesan cheese 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)



1) Follow the instructions given on the packet and cook the noodles

2) Into a skillet, melt some butter and add the mushroom, zucchini, onion, green pepper, oregano, garlic powder and saute along with the cooked noodles

3) Add in the sausage and cook with a lid on

4) Over medium heat fry and then then add in the tomatoes

5) Add in the grated Parmesan Cheese

6) Spoon the sausages over the noodles


7) Serve the noodles with some more grated parmesan cheese
