Potato and Leek Fry

Potatoes 1 Pound
Leeks 2
Butter 2 Ounce
Meat 4 Ounce , cooked, chopped
Cheese 1 Ounce , grated
Parsley 1 Tablespoon , little chopped
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste



1. Shred or grate the potatoes and chop the leeks finely and keep aside


2. In a pan fry the slowly in the butter until well browned on the under-side.

3. Turnover and continue the cooking until the potato is well cooked.

4. Season carefully, add the meat and cheese and heat through.


5. On to a serving dish place the potatoes, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
