Marsh Mallow Topped Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

Canned sweet potatoes 17 Ounce , halves or pieces, drained (1 Can)
Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
Honey 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Marshmallows 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (Miniature, Or Diced)

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Cut the sweet potatoes into thick wedges.

2. Combine butter and honey to make a glaze.

3. Grease a 1 quart baking dish with butter.

4. Preheat the oven to 350 degree F

MAKING

5. Arrange the potato slices in the baking dish.

6. Brush with butter-honey glaze.

7. Bake in preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until caramelized, occasionally spooning the butter and honey from the pan over them.

FINALIZING

8. Just before serving, top with marshmallows.

9. Place under a hot broiler or on top shelf of oven for 5 minutes until marshmallows melt and are lightly caramelized.

SERVING

10. Serve the caramelized potatoes hot.
