Sauteed Collard Greens with Smoked Turkey-Healthy and easy recipe.

Collard greens | 12 Tablespoon , washed, stems removed, stems removed, rinsed in salted water and clean water (2 | |
Extra virgin olive oil/Vegetable oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
Yellow onion | 1 Small , sliced | |
Garlic | 3 Clove (15 gm) , finely minced | |
Kosher salt | 1 Teaspoon (to taste) | |
Black pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon (to taste) | |
Grand diamond all purpose seasoning | 1 Teaspoon (to taste) | |
Shredded cabbage | 2 Cup (32 tbs) (optional) |
GETTING READY:
Heat a pot with 5 cups of water and smoked turkey.
Cover with lid and allow to simmer for 1 ½ to 2 hours. Once done, reserve stock water, and shred meat after removing the bones.
MAKING:
Heat a skillet with oil and saute onions and garlic in it.
Add collard greens and saute for 10-15 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add turkey meat, remaining stock, cabbage, cover with a lid and cook for 20 minutes or until done.
