Melted butter | 3 Tablespoon | |
Honey | 1 Tablespoon | |
Lime juice | 2 Teaspoon | |
Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Coarse ground black pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Dried rosemary | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Vegetable oil spray | 1 |
GETTING READY:
1.Preheat the oven to 350F.
2.Grease baking pan with cooking spray and keep it ready.
MAKING:
3.In a bowl, combine sweet potatoes, melted butter, honey, lime juice, salt, black pepper, dried rosemary and toss well.
4.Spread into greased baking pan and pop into oven.
5.Bake at 350F for 40-50 minutes.
