Web chef, Kimberly Turner, shares with you How to Roast Radishes in a Roasting Tray!


Radish 6 Large , leaves trimmed leaving 1 inch from stem, rinsed and scrubbed, excess root trimmed off
Olive oil 4 Tablespoon
Freshly ground pepper To Taste
Sea salt To Taste



Preheat the oven to 400F.


Toss radishes with olive oil.

Sprinkle pepper, sea salt and coat well.

Place on the roasting tray with stems down or roots down. Place the tray on a baking tray.

Pop into oven and roast for 20-30 minutes (until it becomes knife tender) at 400F.


Serve and enjoy!
