Turkey In A Pot

Ingredients

Turkey breast 5 Pound (Do Not Thaw, If Frozen)
Onion 1 Medium , chopped
Celery ribs 1 , chopped
Melted margarine 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Salt To Taste
Lemon pepper seasoning To Taste
Chicken broth 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)

Directions

GETTING READY

1) Wash turkey breast and pat dry.

MAKING

2) In a greased cooker, arrange the turkey.

3) Insert onion and celery in the cavity.

4) Spread margarine over turkey and cook on high for 6 hours.

5) Let stand for 10 minutes.

SERVING

6) Check seasoning and serve.
