Ingredients

Cream style cottage cheese
Canned apricot halves 8 Ounce , drained and chopped (1 Can)
White sandwich bread slice 12
Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 6 Tablespoon
Salad dressing/Mayonnaise 6 Tablespoon
Iceberg lettuce 1/2
Crisp bacon slices 12
Sliced turkey breast 6 Ounce (2 Packages, 3 Ounces Each)

Directions

MAKING

1 In a small bowl,blend cottage cheese and apricots.

2 Spread the bread with mayonnaise or salad dressing; layer each of the 6 slices with lettuce, cottage-cheese mixture, bacon, slice of bread, turkey, lettuce and the remaining bread.

3 Cut each sandwich into half diagonally; wrap in foil.

SERVING

4 Serve as desired.
