Cream style cottage cheese
Canned apricot halves 8 Ounce , drained and chopped (1 Can)
White sandwich bread slices 12
Salad dressing/Mayonnaise 6 Tablespoon
Iceberg lettuce 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Crisp bacon slices 12
Sliced turkey breast 6 Ounce (2 Packages, 3 Ounce Each)



1. Make sandwich filling by creaming cottage and adding apricots to it.

2. Refrigerate until required.


3. Spread mayonnaise or dressing on one side of bread slices.

4. Arrange slices, spread side up on clean work counter.

5. On each of 4 bread slices, place a lettuce leaf.

6. Spoon and spread cottage-cheese mixture and top with a slice of bacon

7. Place one more slice of bread, spread side down

8. Top with turkey slice and finish with lettuce.

9. Close sandwiches with remaining slices of bread and lightly press down to pack..


10. Cut each sandwich diagonally into half and serve right away or wrap in cling film, foil or wax paper and chill
