Roast Turkey Breast - On the Weber

Bone in turkey breast 2
Unsalted butter 100 Gram , cubed
Sage leaf 2
Orange juice 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Bourbon 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Rosemary sprig 1
Cranberry sauce 14 Ounce (canned cranberry sauce used)
Paprika 1 Teaspoon



1.  Preheat the grill to 300 degrees.



2.  In a plastic bag, place the turkey breast and stuff the butter cubes around it. Add a sprig of sage and vaccum seal the bag.

3.  Wrap the bag in a foil as shown in the video and place on the grill. Allow to cook for about an hour.

4.  Meanwhile, in a stock pot combine the orange juice, bourbon, rosemary, cranberry sauce, paprika, kosher salt and pepper. Allow to come to a boil and then let it simmer until reduced by half.

5.  Remove the turkey breast from the foil and vaccum bag. Baste the turkey breasts with the prepared glaze and roast for another 7 to 10 minutes.

6.  Remove from the grill and cut into even sized slices.



7.  Serve with side dish and a beverage of your choice.
