Tuna Melt

Ingredients

Canned chunk white tuna in water/1 can chunk white tuna packed in water 12 Ounce , drained, flaked
Coleslaw mix 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Sliced green onions 3 Tablespoon
Reduced fat mayonnaise
Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon
Dried dill weed 1 Teaspoon
English muffins 4 , split and lightly toasted
Shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)

Directions

1. Preheat broiler. Combine tuna, coleslaw mix and green onions in medium bowl. Combine mayonnaise, mustard and dill weed in small bowl. Stir mayonnaise mixture into tuna mixture. Spread tuna mixture onto muffin halves. Place on broiler pan.

2. Broil 4 inches from heat 3 to 4 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with cheese. Broil 1 to 2 minutes more or until cheese melts.
