Chocolate Truffles are one of the easiest things to make and personalize. Dark chocolate is melted in simmering cream and cooled till its warm enough to shape. It can be coated in anything but for the holidays it is rolled in a simple cinnamon sugar coating.
Dark chocolate | 200 Gram | |
Heavy cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Sugar | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Cinnamon sugar | 2 Teaspoon |
MAKING:
In a saucepan, heat cream and bring to simmer.
Pour over chocolate and leave for 30 seconds. Add desired flavorings and stir well.
Pour into Tupperware and allow to set for 4 hours.
Once set, make small balls using ice cream scoops and roll using hands.
Coat in sugar and cinnamon sugar.
SERVING:
Serve in paper liners and enjoy!
