White Chocolate Christmas Truffle Tower

This glorious tower of White Chocolate Truffles is so easy to make, and makes the perfect edible centrepiece for any Christmas table. Made of crushed cookies, coconut, condensed milk and chocolate, these delectable little treats are beautiful, impressive and make wonderful gifts if you dont feel like doing the full tower - give it a go!

Ingredients

Sweet cookies 250 Gram (Milk Coffee in AU, Digestives in UK, Graham Crackers in US)
Desiccated coconut/Crushed corn flakes 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Cocoa powder 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Sweetened condensed milk 400 Gram
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
White chocolate melts 375 Gram

Directions

GETTING READY:

In a large bowl, combine crushed cookies, dessicated coconut, cocoa powder and mix well.

Add sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract and mix well.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Line baking tray with parchment paper.

MAKING:                        

Make small balls and place over baking sheet. Refrigerate until dipping chocolate is prepared.

Melt white chocolate by microwaving. Stir every 20 seconds.

Dip the truffles into melted chocolate and place on baking sheet.

Chill in refrigerator until it sets.

Make tower as shown in the video.
