Florida Bruschetta

Crusty bread loaf 1
Low fat ricotta cheese 14 Ounce
Tomaotes 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) (any kind you like)
Olive oil 2 Tablespoon (as needed)
Garlic cloves 1
Fresh basil 10 Gram , chiffonade (as needed or dried oregano)
Salt and pepper To Taste



1. Diagonally slice the bread into 1-inch thick pieces and then toast them on a hot grill pan.

2. On a non-stick foil lined baking sheet, place the toasted bread slices and rub them with garlic.

3. Spread 2 tablespoons of ricotta on top of each toast, generously top with tomatoes and then season with salt and pepper. Drizzle olive oil on top.

4. Place the baking sheet under broiler (about 3-inch away) and broil until cheese is nice and bubbly, about 2-3 minutes.


5. Garnish with basil and serve hot!
