90 Second Chicago Style Hotdog

Classic hot dogs from the Windy City piled high with sweet pickle relish, tomatoes, onions, mustard, and a pickle spear.


Beef hot dog 8
Hot dog buns 8 , toasted
For garnish
Sweet pickle relish 2 Tablespoon
Chopped tomato 2 Tablespoon
Chopped red onion 2 Tablespoon
Yellow mustard 2 Tablespoon
Dill pickle wedge 8
Chili pepper/Sport pepper 8 (as needed to taste)
Celery seed 1 Tablespoon



1. Preheat grill to medium.


2. Place hot dogs on heat and grill until they are plump and well marked.

3. Place one hot dog in each of the buns and top with sweet pickle relish, tomato, onion, mustard and a pickle spear.


4. Serve and enjoy!
