California Avocado and Ready Pack Spring Mix Salad

Ingredients

Olive oil 6 Tablespoon (1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons)
Red wine vinegar 3 Tablespoon
Grated lime peel 1/2 Teaspoon
Fresh lime juice 1 1/2 Tablespoon
Chopped fresh basil leaves 2 Tablespoon
Dry mustard 3/4 Teaspoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
California avocados 3 , peeled and sliced
Spring mix 16 Ounce (Ready pac, 1 16 ounce package baby leaf lettuces and greens)
Shredded parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING

1. To make the dressing, in a small bowl, combine oil, vinegar, lime peel and juice. Whisk till amalgamated.

2. Add basil, dry mustard, salt and pepper and stir well.

FINALIZING

3. On a salad platter or on individual salad plates, make a bed of salad greens.

4. Arrange avocado slices on top of greens.

5. Drizzle salad with dressing.

SERVING

6. Serve California Avocado And Ready Pack Spring Mix Salad garnished with shredded Parmesan cheese to taste.
