Ingredients

Ground turkey breast 3 Pound
Minced onions 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Minced sweet red peppers 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Tomato paste 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm) , minced
Ground black pepper 1 Teaspoon
Crusty rolls 12
Shredded lettuce 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Tomato slices 3

Directions

In a large bowl, thoroughly mix the turkey, onions, celery, red peppers, tomato paste, garlic and black pepper.

Form into 12 patties.

Grill (or broil or saute in a no-stick frying pan).

Serve in the rolls with the lettuce and tomatoes.
