Ground lean pork 1 1/2 Pound
Onion 1 Small , chopped
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Sage 1/2 Teaspoon
Water 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Pastry for a double crust 9 inch pie 1


Combine pork, onion, salt, sage, and water in a saucepan.

Bring to boiling, reduce heat, and cook 25 minutes.


Prepare pastry.

Turn pork mixture into unbaked pie shell.

Cover with top crust.

Bake at 450°F 15 minutes, then reduce oven temperature to 350°F and bake 5 to 10 minutes, or until pastry is browned.
