Join Shawn Bailey as he tries out his new grill! He also only uses Pensylvania ingredients for those who want to stay local. Watch him prepare a delicious venison burger and be inspired to make something yummy with all local ingredients. After seeing this burger, you will have to make it for yourself.


Ground venison 2 Pound ((with fat on, If not add 1/2 of beef or pork.))
Chopped mushrooms 2 Cup (32 tbs) ((morel or any favorite mushroom))
Chopped leeks 1 Cup (16 tbs) ((Pennsylvania leeks or scallions))
Milk 1/8 Cup (2 tbs)
Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
